The Wilchester Club special assessment vote passed on Sunday night August 25, 2024. We had 261 WOC lots represented at the meeting (well exceeding our 10% quorum) with 26 ‘no’ votes thus the motion passed with 90% in favor. It is important to note that this vote also passed for Wilchester West (as both neighborhood’s participation was contingent on the other per our Wilchester Club Usage Agreement.) The assessment will result in a forthcoming invoice coming soon.
