BOUNDARY MAP

The Memorial-area neighborhoods of Wilchester and Wilchester West are nestled in the wooded area south of I-10 and north of Buffalo Bayou, and bordered approximately by Wilcrest Drive and Patchester.

These sister neighborhoods, rated high for their convenient location to Memorial-area shopping and amenities, outstanding neighborhood schools, upscale ambiance and close proximity to the West Side Energy Corridor, have maintained popularity and stable home values even in declining markets.

The native oaks and pines that remain from the forest where the subdivisions were developed give them a quiet, natural appeal. Buffalo Bayou and Terry Hershey Park, boarding both subdivisions on the South, provides a natural setting for walking, biking or nature studies.

The subdivisions are members of the Memorial Super Neighborhood #16, an initiative of City of Houston Planning and Development Department. Each subdivision has its own homeowner's association providing deed restriction compliance and enforcement, architectural control, full time security surveillance, trash pickup at the back of the home; recycle pickup and many other benefits.

Each homeowner has membership in Wilchester Club, which owns and maintains pools, a park and tennis club facilities within the subdivision.
