About Wilchester Club

Wilchester Club Annual Meeting

The recreational amenities of Wilchester and Wilchester West have been owned by the Wilchester Club since the development of the subdivisions during the 1960s.

Three pools – a competition pool with a 1-meter diving well and a rock pool, both with water slides plus a baby pool – are located on the SE corner of the intersection of St. Mary’s and Yorkchester.

Three tennis courts and the park are located at the SE corner of the intersection of Memorial and Wilcrest.

All home owners of record of Wilchester and Wilchester West are members of these facilities and pay for maintenance and/or any renovations via their annual homeowner's association fees.

Wilchester Club directors are elected by all homeowners, and are directly responsible to them.

We’re ecstatic to report the Wilchester Club’s new park bathrooms/club house construction has started!!!  It was a SUPER long permitting process with detention/retention drainage plans, variance requests (thanks to our Councilmember Greg Travis for going to bat for us with public works Director Haddock to get our sidewalk variance) & resubmissions but we finally got permitted to start! This project is being funded by savings so the only delays should be weather related. It’s going to be awesome once complete! Below are renderings of the project and are subject to change during construction.
